Usuwanie konta i danych w aplikacji Poznaj
Usuwanie z poziomu aplikacji
Usuwanie bez dostępu do aplikacji
Napisz na kontakt@poznaj.pl z adresu e-mail powiązanego z kontem, z prośbą o usunięcie konta. Potwierdzimy tożsamość i usuniemy konto ręcznie.

- Dane niezbędne do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń — do upływu okresu przedawnienia.

Deleting your Poznaj account and data
From within the app
Sign in to the Poznaj app, go to Profile → Settings, and choose “Delete account”. Deletion happens immediately after you confirm — with your password, or, for an account created via Google or Facebook, by signing in again with that provider.
Without access to the app
Email kontakt@poznaj.pl from the address linked to your account, asking us to delete it. We will verify your identity and delete the account manually.
What is deleted and what is retained
- Account and profile data (including profile photos) — deleted immediately.
- Your last known position used to compute distance in the people directory — deleted in full together with the account.
- Meetups you organise, together with their participants' conversations and polls — deleted together with the account.
- Message content in other conversations — remains visible to other participants, but is permanently detached from your account and no longer identifies you as the author.
- Moderation reports concerning your account and your meetups — deleted together with the account.
- Data necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims — until the limitation period expires.
Full scope and legal bases: privacy policy, § 3, § 4 and § 8.
